Started doing Lat Pulldowns this way after seeing Nate's post and I love it I already do a few different regular pulldown movements in my split This way hits the lats way different Had to really lower the weight Keeping abs tight is the big cue Big fan

What I do for ab training 99% of my training is the ab crunch machine I do 3 sets to failure every Mon-Thurs-Sat I rotate the order every time. So on Monday I'll do Abs before my workout and Thurs I'll do them at the end of my workout etc. I also log my ab lifts as well. I train it like any other muscle, with progressive overload. I'll throw in hanging leg raises a couple X's a month Diet will reveal what you've been working on SIMPLE!!
