With great regret, we have to cancel this fundraiser. Let me explain why. Yesterday, an unknown to me Ukrainian X user, Štaflík 🎭 Špagetka, began spreading information everywhere he could, claiming that my fundraiser for an SUV for a military unit was fake — that such a unit didn’t exist, and so on. I messaged him privately. I gave explanations and told him exactly who the vehicle was intended for. He listened — and then passed the information on to the brigade’s HQ, all while throwing mud at our soldiers. Of course, the brigade leadership, acting by order, prohibited any further fundraising for our friends and issued a formal reprimand. I don’t know who this person is or why he acted this way. Maybe he just wanted attention — to feel important. Well, here’s your attention now: attention to a pathetic nobody who doesn’t deserve an ounce of respect. May your conscience — if you even have one — haunt you for a long, long time. ---- Later, I will publish a report on the funds that were raised and offer suggestions on how to proceed with them.
