it’s not about pity, it’s about being human. every single layoff in games, it’s the wrong people being the target of anger. i’m not asking for me, I’m asking for my friends and for every dev that has to deal with the loss of a dream job and then is publicly ridiculed for it.

stupid two cents but there seems to be a lot of confusion as to why so many devs and some folks in leadership are being so vocal about layoffs in games this year. centralized union like SAG ✅ accountability to protect from layoff weaponization ✅ enough already. links ⬇️
