My society celebrates Maghi Ganpati every year! Here you’ll see Gujaratis, Marathis, South Indians and also North Indians all coming together, chipping money and making this happen. Attending aarti daily at 8pm, bringing prasad from home. I am a Gujarati Jain but I know all these aartis by heart since childhood. This is the Mumbai/Thane we grew up in. Begging these politicians to not create any division between us. Stop your language and hate politics. We all coexist very happily and don’t ruin that with your hate politics please.

Yeh baat kisi ne pehle itni seedhi nahi boli. Gautam Adani ne bola Slumdog Millionaire ne India ka dard becha, aur West ne uspar Oscar jeet liya. And he’s not wrong. His point stings because it’s true, our stories are being told by people who don’t live them.

Saw this video on instagram and it got me thinking how accurate this is. CJP wants Pradhan to resign but CJP has absolutely no suggestions or idea what to do next! Resignation mil gaya fir kya? How will it prevent future leaks? How is this protest helping in securing anything substantial for the future generations apart from creating chaos?
