Shareholder Update - Understanding Recent News Coverage In this video, President & CEO, Garrett Ainsworth, addresses market speculation on the proposed lifting of the municipal veto for uranium processing and the start of an inquiry into mining of Alum Shale deposits, proposed by the Swedish Government on February 5th. Exploration and mining of uranium in Sweden was made legal on January 1, 2026, and that won't be affected by this proposal. This is not the first time a potential new municipal veto for Alum Shale extraction has been introduced. In 2020, an inquiry was carried out by the government to assess a possible ban on mining of Alum Shales.
