How to win friends and influence people is a great book if you don’t take it literally (as autists and aspies are prone to do unfort) For most, the root of social anxiety + shit social skills is actually self centeredness As in u think a lot about how people perceive you instead of THEM and how they feel. Even with the best intentions, this clouds ur discernment and makes u give off suss vibes Best thing you can do is approach every convo with the aim of making the other person feel interesting and relaxed
