Sooo grateful …She’s ran out of plates 😂❤️ #gratitude My Sundays and my life are just so far away from my life in addiction It’s nearly 9 years now since I had an alcoholic drink or took a drug - total abstinence and I honestly am so grateful for the simple things that my recovery has brought me My life drinking & using cocaine was utter torture & torment not just for me but all those who loved me too . I was a wired shell of the real man I am today There’s never one day I don’t ’catch precious moments’ and it’s the simple things that are the foundation of happiness Family time , re built trust , moments with my children & granddaughter, being creative, performing at work to my top ability, chatting to clubbers .. cuddles with my wife , chilling at home , trustworthy & honest & soo much more I’m so so grateful for my recovery coz believe me without it I would have non of these things Sundays were utter paranoid torture for be in addiction and now they’re full of family and love - the real highs in life If you’re struggling please reach out to someone for help .. it will be THE best thing you ever do Have a beautiful week everyone ❤️

Sometimes the most valuable thing you can give is your time and today i went back to my old school Malvern for there amazing yearly event Malfest .... I loved my days at Malvern Primary School and its nice to give something back, help them raise money , see so many mums dads nans grandads and the kids all raving away Most importantly though it makes me feel good and it sends out all the positive happy loving caring energy that i want to come back to me ... Believe me this is so important. Sometimes its easy to fall into negative blame and complain mode whether thats in your actions, the way you speak or what your posting online but thats all i will get back in return if i live that way.
