UPDATE: Tornado is the most likely culprit of the higher-end damage (so far an IF2 rating). I made an animation showing what seems like an outflow boundary from other cells reaching the supercell and resulting in an RFD surge and low-level mesocyclogenesis.

So Portugal and southwestern Spain is for another round of severe weather. Note the powerful southerly flow with decent CAPE in the warm part of the cloud. Lots of rain will fall in some areas. Tornadoes and severe wind gusts may occur as well.
