#108 - The cheese and lip filler temporarily increase the size of the cat's body and mouth, respectively, with each use. The effect becomes more noticeable the more often they are used. - Leo

#104 - If The Man In The Moon has charm or madness, he will be able to eat his own hands if they end movement in front of his mouth while opened. - Moth

#95 - If you give electrtic damage to the shovel weapon and use it on a water tile, it will turn all connected water tiles into dirt tiles, with each one spawning a corpse. - Moth

#105 - The Bloat's peepers can be killed using the "Push Through" ability. This is the only way of seeing their death animation, unlike with the other methods of destroying them. - Moth

#90 - Most event/shop songs can often use the same synth that is featured in “SICKO MODE”, by Travis Scott.

#113 - Knockback has a limit of times it can happen consequently in order to prevent big loops of damage resulting in death. Examples of this can be seen with the bubble boy item or with two nearby tires. - Moth

#67 - Radical Rat's maximum HP was originally 66, as seen in gameplay videos and other sources prior to the game's release. This was changed shortly before the release date, increasing its maximum HP by 1 in reference to the 67 meme. - Leo

#80 - In the Rotten Meat event, the bad rare outcome of the Loot option causes the cat to get the Butcher's Loose Meat passive as a disorder, whereas it should likely grant a disorder like Necrosis. - Leo

#84 - The Active ability "Berserk" has the unique trait of changing a cat's idle animation for the rest of the battle. As far as we know, there's no other active ability in the game that can do this. - Moth

#43 - Seals are unused consumables within the game files. When used, they permanently change the cat's class, including its basic attack, stats, and level-up abilities. They may have been discarded due to complexity, or used for testing purposes. Submitted by: @/DruidsMoth

#76 - Cats with Tourette's Syndrome will meow more frequently than usual, and will use other meow sounds that aren't used while idling, like sad, angry and hiss sounds. - Moth

#87 - The "Vampirism" passive makes it so cats no longer have a reflection on tiles that usually show it, like water or ice tiles. - Moth

#116 - Using Reap on Dreadnoughtus' legs can kill them, causing them to glitch and stop working. If this is done with two of his legs, Dreadnoughtus will fall instantly whenever he tries to stand up. - Leo

#99 - It's possible to go beyond Steven's four warnings when save-scumming if you have controllable familiars, or by save-scumming during events. After the fourth save scum, the same dialogue repeats, but upon reaching the 100th time, the dialogue changes to "I AM ERROR." - Leo

#101 - The Pyrophina vs Zaratana fight is coded so that one of the kaijus wins and the other one loses, doesn't matter if they simultaneously die via soul link or high AoE abilities. The game tends to choose Zaratana as the victor in such cases. - Moth

#82 - Cats with the no mouth birth defect are unable to meow, for obvious reasons. These don't consume food at the end of the day either, and they don't starve even if left outside the house. - Leo

#89 - Giving Neverstone to a cat with the Angry Face item will result in it eating the stone using a special move called "Mmmm... Yummy Neverstone" on its turn. This will destroy the stone and give all stats up 2 to the wearer. Even mouthless cats will do this. - Moth

#79 - Organ Grinder will always use the same name as the player's username in Steam; if the player changes their username, Organ Grinder will have unique dialogue to switch to the new name. - Leo

#74 - The Lucky Toe item has a hidden mechanic: it gives a 25% chance to force the next event to be a blessing for the bearer. This also scales with luck, making it possible to force only blessings if the cat has enough luck. - Leo

#53 - Originally, after completing all the house upgrades, it would continue to expand in the form of 5 basements. These would be themed around the floors of The Binding of Isaac (Basement/Caves/Depths/Womb/Sheol) and would require a total of 1900 cats (50/100/250/500/1000).

#55 - The Steven Neck Armor, unlocked after beating Pyrophina vs. Zaratana on Impossible, in addition to its effect, makes the wearer completely immune to damage from attacks and status effects due to a bug. The wearer is still vulnerable to insta-kill attacks tho.

#48 - Worn items have a 50% chance of breaking upon returning from a run; this is true to a certain extent. However, what isn't mentioned is that upon reaching Chapter 4 of an Act or using worn items against house bosses, these items are guaranteed to break every time.

#51 - The Cancer Cat tooltip mentions that its attack permanently reduces Constitution by 1, but it actually only inflicts the Constitution Down debuff, which does not persist between battles and can be removed with debuff cleansing.
