We discuss the issues with the company LMNT, which claims to have high-quality, transparent ingredients but has been found to use undisclosed maltodextrin, a type of sugar, in their products. The company initially claimed the amount was negligible, but it was later discovered to be much higher. This raises concerns about their transparency and honesty in labeling their products, which is a broader issue in the industry.

The strongest man in the world disproves energy balance quite easily This is a world class elite athlete that meticulously tracks intake and he is perplexed 🤔 I wonder how many calories he loses to ketones, mitochondria respiration, heat, stool ? Wherever those calories go, it’s not going to his fat mass Is it time to end the calorie discussion?
