4 years ago… a father who believed so much in his 17yr old talented son, sent me a DM to listen to his son’s music. Unfortunately, I didn’t see that message as my DM choke die. 2 yrs later, he didn’t give up… he kept developing himself and destiny still placed him on the path with Mavin. After excelling in the Mavin academy, he is now 21years old and ready to take on the next phase of his musical career. Allow me introduce you all to the newest Mavin artist CupidSZN 🏹as he presents his Debut Ep MYTH ERA. #MavinActivated

Like I told you guys 2 weeks ago. The Mavin academy is filled with so many future afrobeats superstars. Anytime I get the opportunity to talk to upcoming artists, I never fail to emphasize on the importance of actively showcasing your talent on social media platforms to be able to cut through all the various forms of content readily available for consumption. LOVN is a typical example of a super talented artist that is ever ready to step up and put in the work. (You can go and verify) He has been on multiple talent shows like AccessTheStars and even TheVoice over the years and has never stopped showing up. It is time for The Supreme Mavin Dynasty to take it from here. Pls help me welcome Lovn to Mavin Global. New Single #SorryImBusy OUT NOW #MavinActivated

Unveiling a new artist is a reminder of how an artist have let themselves go through the laid down process of the Mavin academy, the testament of our faith in them and the coming together of our hardwork. With the power vested in me by the Supreme Mavin Dynasty It’s my pleasure to introduce you to Mavin’s latest signee. Rapper, poet, singer and songwriter Lifesize Teddy. Pls follow and welcome @lifesize_teddy_

This our beloved Afrobeats is still a baby genre in the grand scheme of things. We are all still learning everyday as the game is ever changing. If you told me just 6 years ago that an afrobeats video could cost over 20m Naira I would say ahh that’s way too much o. But behold some of us have shot videos over 100k dollars. If Burna tells me what it takes to do multiple international stadium shows, I will take notes 📝 cos I never run am before. If Dangote tells me what it cost to build a refinery in Lagos I will learn from him. That said, my people if I tell you how to run a successful record label in Nigeria, I will advise you take notes even if na small note cos we no plenty wey don run am. I don talk too much. If you care to watch more than blog snippets you can watch this one for context and educational purposes only. I hail o 🙌🏾🙌🏾🤍🐘
