Kanye West and Jamie Foxx performing “Gold Digger” at the Grammys was one of those moments that perfectly captured Kanye’s rise from respected producer to full-blown superstar. 😭🔥 Jamie Foxx came out and turned the performance into a whole moment, while Kanye delivered one of his biggest hits with the kind of confidence that made it clear he knew exactly where his career was heading. What makes it even crazier is how “Gold Digger” became one of Kanye’s defining records from Late Registration. The combination of Kanye’s production, the instantly recognizable sample, Jamie Foxx’s vocals and that unforgettable hook created a song that completely dominated the mid-2000s. Looking back now, this performance feels like a snapshot of an era when Kanye was changing what mainstream hip-hop could look and sound like. 🐐🔥 One of the most iconic Grammy performances from that era? 👀
