Cop steals man's fentanyl and overdoses in police department.... In October of 2023 Deputy Marvin Morales of the Sacramento County Sheriff's department conducted a "suspicious subject stop". The deputy found what he thought was meth. He did not book the drugs into evidence. Instead, in full uniform, he retrieved a glass pipe along with a torch lighter from his patrol car and smokes the stolen drugs INSIDE of the sheriff's department bathroom. Turns out it was not meth, it was fentanyl. Good thing his buddies carry around Narcan. He later stated that he had smoked it to commit suicide. This was not the first time deputy Morales had done this. In August of 2023, he took a glass pipe with meth residue inside of it and smoked it "thee or four times to give him energy he needed to write in-custody reports". Morales was terminated and his POST certification was pulled. Moron.
