There is an immense amount of untapped space beneath the oceans. In a post-ASI era, we will likely construct vast networks of underwater cities, expanding human civilization into entirely new domains. With sufficiently advanced technology, these environments will be engineered to be exceptionally safe, stable, and self sustaining.
