While this ordeal of sending the army after Mundubile unfolds, it sounds to me like a distraction aimed at stealing the elections. As they create chaos and keep the opposition fighting for their lives, they go after those with GEN 20s to revise them. Mr. Hakainde sent the army to round up Brian Mundubile and his entourage. In this clip, Brian Mundubile recounts the harrowing ordeal. I have learned with great distress that the army broke the windows, ransacked the entire house, and found them in the master bedroom. There, they discovered Mutotwe Kafwaya cowering in a corner and shot him twice. It is unclear whether he is still alive. They then turned on Brian and opened fire. News has it that Brian Mundubile and his family are still being held by the army. That phone call is one of Hakainde’s tricks, and Brian was speaking to EMV under duress—this was done to avoid public backlash. Listen to the full narration here.

President Duma Boko, to BDF soldiers: You are trained to protect life and to use legal force. That is exactly why you must never use those skills to kill a civilian. Even in war, once the enemy is subdued, the law still requires you to be humane. You are there to defend — not to apply force “gratuitously and egregiously.” Lethal force is tightly regulated. You account for every bullet. Using those skills to maim or kill soils the name of the Botswana Defence Force. Things will happen. What matters is how you conduct yourself — including, sometimes, by not reacting at all. There are no militias in Zambia, and soldiers were sent to kill unarmed Zambians—release the security camera footage that the Zambia army reaped out from Mundubile’s home.

Kasonde Mwenda has a valid grievance. His main grievance is that the Kembe East constituency results (approx. 20,070 votes) have been called and computed twice. He demands that the ECZ Chairperson (Madam Zaloumis) and her team return immediately to address and correct the issue, stating they will not leave until it is resolved. He frames the demand as being in the interest of democracy and the country. … and he is right! These people are running a circus!

Hakainde's neo-colonial administration involved in corruption. Mundubile explains in the video below... Every Zambian citizen should pay attention to this sensitisation aimed at broadening the definition of corruption. Hakainde Hichilema's policies consistently prioritise private capital over public interest. Mundubile provides an example of $2.5 billion stolen by a mining company but removed out of court and forgiven by Hichilema's administration, as he pursues those Zambians owning flats and cars - and goes to the international community with a bowl in hand to beg for $1.3 billion. It is likely these people look at us as terrible fools, no wonder a black man including themselves with money is never respected by anyone including their friends, white capital, they know they are sellouts! They give us a bad name these misleaders. Another incidence was when Hichilema's neo-colonial administration instructed ZRA to forgive $1 billion and only allow instead $25 million paid in taxes. Instead of addressing these issues, they focus on pursuing individuals with flats and cars. Mundubile talks about foreigners borrowing money from Zambia to construct our roads and then collecting repayments from us over 25 years - he calls it an insult to our collective intelligence. Mundubile points out Hichilema's administration's tendency to bypass parliamentary procedures to favour private capital, disregarding the law. Undoubtedly, Hakainde's administration demonstrates a neo-colonial approach by favouring private foreign capital "preferably white" at the expense of Zambia's public interest.
