We recently performed a successful #TAVR in a frail 79-year-old lady weighing just 35kg, with severe aortic valve stenosis with severe left ventricular dysfunction (EF 20%) at Kauvery Hospital, Marathahalli. She did develop some rhythm issues and also had to undergo a permanent pacemaker implantation after a day. We were able to discharge her after 4 days.
