WLW Jacor Communications, Inc. would likely be treated as persuasive evidence. But ultimately, a university still pushing the false claim that 215 dead children were “discovered” in unmarked graves and branding those who correct their propaganda a threat, only fuels the complex struggles some of their students who may suffer from mental illness, already experience.
