I asked Max Holloway if he wants kids. One of the scariest men on the planet said he wants a daughter, then admitted he's scared it'll send him to jail. Because if a little boy breaks her heart, he's gonna have to break him. Girl dads are all the same. 😂

Head movement isn't your head. It's your shoulders and chest coming over your hips and knees. Whole body off the center line. Move just your neck and you're still standing right in front of him. Here's my full shadow boxing ritual:

3 minutes of UFC tape. That's all Kyle Daukaus has in his second run. Now he gets Bo Nickal on the White House lawn. Everyone will tell Kyle to out-strike Bo. That's how he loses. He has to wrestle him. Smother him from the bell. Full breakdown:

I spar Justin Gaethje every Tuesday and Friday. Topuria was 17-0 and a 6-to-1 favorite. I still picked Justin by TKO in the deep rounds, because that's where a perfect record dies. Round 4. Corner stoppage. New champ. Called it. The full prediction and breakdown is on my YT channel. Link in the bio. #UFC #Freedom250 #Gaethje #Topuria

Paddy Pimblett invented a submission on live TV. BSD defended the D'arce, parachuted out, went for a leg. Paddy adjusted into a Peruvian necktie, legs over the top, and put him to sleep in round one. He solved it in real time. Take his jiu jitsu seriously. Use the link in my bio to watch the full main card breakdown.

Topuria says the gloves were tampered with in his loss to Gaethje. The confidence that built his knockout streak is now protecting him from the loss. Blame the gloves and you take the fix out of your own hands. Every fighter has to learn to lose forward.

Conor's knee didn't pop because of the kick. It popped because five years away from that Octagon adrenaline means your body isn't ready to throw what it throws in the gym. I said this in a video prior to the fight. #UFC329

Justin Gaethje has a standing $500 bet in the gym: drop him with a body shot in sparring and the cash is yours. I've tried to collect more than once. That's the body that carried him to the title. Full breakdown on YouTube, link in bio.

The UFC just asked when I can be ready to fight again. Fully recovered. Back in training. Ready for a camp. So before I answer them: who should I fight, when, and where? Drop a name. If it's a good one, I'll send it to the UFC myself. #UFC #MMA

Islam Makhachev got knocked out at UFC 192. Saturday he defends the belt at #UFC330. He also submitted me at UFC 259, so I know exactly what's on the other side of that loss. Your first loss decides more than your first win. Perfection is boring.

Three zones in every fight. Outside: playing tag. Touch him, don't get touched. Middle: he can hit you back. Hips under you. Pocket: forehead to forehead. Finish it. The distance decides the punch.

One cross broke Khamzat at UFC 328. Round two, Sean Strickland lands it. Chicken legs. From that moment he stops wrestling, pulls guard, fights Sean's fight. What actually broke him? The cross, the weight cut, or his corner?

14 years in the UFC. Still haven't finished 4 of the biggest games ever made. Ranked them worst to most embarrassing. The number one is gonna start a fight in the replies. What's the game I have to beat? Go.
