Last week I told you all that Ray, yes the guy who bypassed our recruiter and texted my personal cell to get the Chief of Staff Job, started with us. One of the first things I put him on is leading the recruiting efforts for our head of growth role. I gave him a $50 budget and a 2 week timeline. Ray is a scrappy young gentleman, and decided we need to hit the streets of Chicago to find that person. So yeah, we're still looking. If you know someone, send them our way and we will pay you $15K!
