Day 18 of our #fitseptember #pushupchallenge. After 18 days, it is easier for something to become a habit. 30 push-ups take about a minute to do and any exercise gives you a blast to start your day every day. You can also do it anywhere. No equipment needed. Good morning.

Day 27 of our #fitseptember #pushupchallenge. Travelling, but I still knocked out a quick 30 straight. Only three days left to go now. The achievement is now properly “in view”, not those that have just filled an application form and then immediately start claiming “in view.”😂

Dear Mr Lere Olayinka - Aresa 1, thank you for sharing the number to report uncleared refuse. I reported this one at Ebitu Ukiwe Street in Jabi to Official FCTA some 5 days ago. I have also reported it to the helplines that you helpfully provided below but it has still not been cleared and is actually getting worse. I wonder if you can intervene in any way. Thank you.
