My robotaxi arrives to take me to coffee this morning, pulling into a back gravel lot. This was ride number 10 and all have been flawless. To the amazing Tesla AI team who made this possible, you are true heroes. Thank you for helping make the world a better, safer place. All those late nights and stressful days are worth it when you change the world. And of course a huge shout out to Elon Musk for having the vision and tenacity to make this all possible. Ok we discovered something very interesting about ASS: it WILL NOT cross the streams—I mean go across parking spaces. The result is that it takes crazy circuitous routes rather than direct ones. Tesla AI should fix this. But it did great with a thin horizontal barrier. So yay!
