On 30th May, 2023 during the Amit Shah's visit, many houses in 10 #KukiVillages are reportedly under attack & burned down under Island Sub-Division in Kangpokpi District, Manipur. 1. S. Bongjang 2. Saichang 3. L. Songphel 4. Kamu Saichang 5. Nongdam Kuki 6. Maphou Kuki 7. Molnom 8. Molkon 9. Chaningpokpi 10. Beulahland. These Kuki villages were attacked and burnt by the Meitei radical groups #Arambai_Tenggol & #Meitei_Leepun under the watchful nose of the state forces. Central Forces were not allowed to perform their duty. Eye-witnesses have reported that these goons were well-equipped with sophisticated weapons including mortars and drones. An ambulance vehicle was also seen to have been deployed in the attack.
