SP tips and tricks: If you are faced with a difficult case, use a stitch to put catheter on traction. This way you’ll have all 3 arms for the dissection of the bladder neck and NVB. Maintain the triangulation of instruments. It’s all about the triangle offense 🔻. Follow for more tips and tricks 🤓 #roboticsurgery

What size stone would justify this SP anterior retroperitoneal approach outside of a planned pyeloplasty? What if 15min from dock to stone extraction? Multiple stones? 100% stone free rate? Outpatient without drains? I wonder how technology and new approaches will change the landscape.
