If I was told I had High Blood Pressure [Hypertension], I'd want to do anything possible to avoid a Prescription Med (I don't want to be on them!). Here's 5 natural things I'd immediately focus on to try to improve the situation (so that my BP improves): 1. Walking More 2. 30 mins Relaxation Delay 3. Gradually starting a Time Restricted Eating regimen 4. Ramping up antioxidant intake— food and natural supplements 5. Laughing more! I break it down in this video. Good luck to everyone!
