Urgent consultation 🚨 (patient have no access to modern healthcare facilities and for possible evacuation) 45 year old female patient, history of upper abdominal pain and recently flank pain. She is previously healthy, this has been the same size for the last 2 years, intensity of pain has increased recently. No constitutional symptoms, normal WBCs and CRP , no hx of trauma (surprisingly as she's living in a war zone for the last 3 years).
