October 12, 1991. My first K-State/KU football game. K-State beats KU, 16-12, in the final minute. First time Bill Snyder beats the Jayhawks. Monumental win in K-State history. Goalposts tumble to the ground. Awesome day in Manhattan.

K-State marching band, the best band in the land, stages its own scrimmage football game six hours before kickoff. Some of the players are pretty talented. Especially the trombone players.
