Joined Rob Astorino on Saturday Agenda to break down what the latest polling really says about the midterms. The party favorability numbers amount to "a pox on both houses." Neither party is especially popular. Democrats are just disliked slightly more. The more important number is the Generic Congressional Ballot. Democrats should be in a stronger position given the historic midterm trend, but they're squandering their advantage with a socialist drift and candidate problems like the Graham Platner fiasco. Republicans still hold a narrow edge on the economy. But unfortunately, Iran gets a vote. If events overseas send gas prices soaring again, that could quickly reshape the political environment. Thanks to Rob Astorino, Nicole Kiprilov, and the Saturday Agenda team! > Catch me again tomorrow LIVE in-studio at NEWSMAX for Sunday Report at 10 AM ET!

🚨 New Episode: The Human Cost: Broken Borders Forcing Political Realignment Worldwide Political Trade Secrets: Join me and my guest Nicole Kiprilov—Republican strategist, media commentator, and Executive Director of The American Border Story Action—as we reveal why human stories are now the most powerful force reshaping politics on immigration. The episode explores: • Why stories beat statistics to communicate the human cost of the border crisis • How Angel Families are making sure victims are not forgotten • How the fentanyl crisis connects to open-border policies, cartel supply chains, and online grooming • How sanctuary states, local prosecutors, and state-level policies undermine federal immigration enforcement • What candidates should learn from President Trump’s 2024 immigration message heading into the 2026 midterms • Why Nicole says the Right needs stronger political and media infrastructure to compete with the left • How candidates can talk about border security, ICE, and immigration enforcement with both competence and compassion • Why immigration enforcement is becoming a defining political issue not just in America, but around the world > LIKE, FOLLOW & SUBSCRIBE to Political Trade Secrets for your front-row seat to how politics really works!

Tom Clancy’s The Sum of All Fears imagined a nuclear weapon detonated at the Super Bowl. That’s the kind of nightmare scenario many Americans understand instinctively, and why preventing a nuclear-armed Iran remains a serious national security concern. Clancy deserves attention here. His 1994 novel Debt of Honor imagined a commercial airliner being used as a weapon against the U.S. Capitol… years before 9/11. On NEWSMAX’s First Edition, I discussed recent polling showing Americans hold a nuanced view of the situation with Iran. While people may be concerned about costs and broader consequences, roughly 80% consistently oppose Iran obtaining a nuclear weapon, and about 70% believe Iran would use one if it had the capability. Let’s get real. No serious leader would take the decision to confront a potential nuclear threat lightly. The concern was that Iran was advancing toward a nuclear capability while expanding its conventional missile arsenal to a point where stopping a breakout could become far more difficult. Tom Clancy imagined the unthinkable before. Taking those warnings seriously means focusing on prevention before a crisis becomes unstoppable. Today we honored the life and legacy of Senator Lindsey Graham . He was clear-eyed about what he believed, fiercely loyal to his friends, and respected across the aisle and around the world. What always stood out to me was his boundless energy and extraordinary work ethic. He could show up in a small South Carolina town for his constituents in the morning, appear on national television that evening, and then travel overseas the next day to help address a major foreign-policy challenge. He showed up—and made a difference—everywhere. The world leaders and officials from both parties who gathered to honor him reflected the rare place he held in American public life. Thank you to FOX 5 DC, The DMV Zone, and host Marina Marraco for giving me the opportunity to pay tribute to this rare leader in the United States Senate.

On NEWSMAX, I reacted to Keir Starmer’s bizarre fear-mongering video ahead of the “Unite the Kingdom” border protests, which turned out NOTHING like the dystopian picture he painted. Turns out caring about your border, crime, terrorism, censorship, and the horrific grooming gang scandals doesn’t make people “racists.” It makes them regular people concerned about the future of their country. The big picture is that Starmer and Labour are barely holding on… Reform just steamrolled the political establishment by winning nearly 1,500 local races. The British have a term for a fella like Keir Starmer and his unconvincing “tough guy” act… Nancy boy. Thanks to NEWSMAX and Ike Wingate for the great discussion.

Just before polls closed in Michigan, I joined anchor Tiffany Meier and fellow guest Bill Ballenger, a longtime Michigan political observer, on NTD’s Tiffany Meier Tonight to provide analysis on what to watch as the returns came in. The balance of turnout between Dearborn and Detroit within Wayne County, along with turnout across rural Michigan, could have a major impact. We also discussed what the race means for the fight between the Democrats’ Washington establishment and the party’s socialist-aligned wing. I also challenged the conventional wisdom that Haley Stevens was automatically the stronger general-election candidate. While I disagree with Abdul El-Sayed’s policies and denounce his associations with antisemitism, he appears to have more political chops as a candidate. Bill agreed that the conventional wisdom may have been backward. Polls closed just moments ago, and the early returns appear to be reinforcing our initial analysis. Thanks to Tiffany Meier , Bill Ballenger, Tiffany Meier Tonight , and the NTD News team for the timely conversation.

The View’s Sunny Hostin has gotten a lot of mileage out of being a former federal prosecutor. But for a co-host of a show that seems to issue a legal apology every other day for something problematic said on air, that legal education does not appear to be helping much there. However, when it came to getting her son out of hot water, saying she was a former federal prosecutor, that she was on television, and that her son attended an elite Ivy League school seemed to do the trick after he trespassed on active railroad tracks. Thanks to NEWSMAX, Ike Wingate, and Media Research Center’s Nicholas Fondacaro. > Watch the full segment here—don’t forget to like, share, and subscribe to my X for more:

Great joining Finnerty last night to analyze a new Washington Post poll showing Dems’ generic-ballot lead narrowing to 3 points. Two things can be true: 1. Dems are likely to make some gains in the midterms 2. The GOP is quietly outperforming expectations for the party in power Republicans may still lose seats, but the socialism trend is really having an impact on Democrats. They are doing their best to throw away a Senate seat in Michigan, while letting their best pickup opportunity slip away in Maine. Thanks to guest host Bill Spadea, Patrick Allocco, NEWSMAX, and the entire Finnerty team!

For the first time since its inception, Section 702 of the FISA act has lapsed. Republicans have real reasons to want reforms—President Trump knows better than anyone what happens when surveillance power is abused. Despite previous abuses, even against President Trump, letting it lapse while we’re hosting major national security events—America 250 celebrations, the World Cup, etc.—is a dangerous game. But this is the reality of narrow majorities: EVERYTHING becomes leverage. Democrats blocked a clean three-week extension, applauded when it failed, and are once again using national security as a political hostage. The public may want change—our polling shows 55% want FBI reforms—but if something happens because Congress failed to act, there will be hell to pay. > Watch the full segment here—don’t forget to like, share, and subscribe to my X for more:

In New York City, the mayoral race has tightened, but the ballot design and candidate positioning still favor Mamdani, though he will not get anywhere near the percentage that a Democratic nominee normally gets in NYC—well below Eric Adams' 2021 percentage. His campaign has faced recent backlash, including taking a photo with an unindicted co-conspirator from the 1993 World Trade Center bombing—something that deeply alienated voters who lived through 9/11. If it were just longtime New Yorker residents voting, our polling suggests we’d be seeing a Cuomo victory. > Find the full clip in the replies—don’t forget to like, comment, and subscribe!

I joined Ike Wingate America on NEWSMAX to analyze Marco Rubio’s speech at Munich, the not-so-secret reason why AOC embarrassingly struggled to form a sentence when asked about Taiwan, and why some Democrats like Hakeem Jeffries know that despite their rhetoric and the media coverage, polling shows they can’t afford a ‘Defund ICE’ stance heading into the midterms. Congrats Ike Wingate on the new show! Great to share the stage with the talented Dr. Aditi Bussells!

Jimmy Kimmel lies on our public airwaves about Charlie Kirk’s assassination—turning the very people being targeted into the perpetrators—and gets pulled. The Left screams “free speech.” Here’s the truth: your boss can fire you for spreading lies about victims and perpetrators of a crime—especially when so many of their local affiliates refuse to air your show because they’re horrified. If he had said the N-word on air, he would’ve been fired immediately and rightfully so. Simply put, Jimmy Kimmel has the right to say whatever he wants. He doesn’t have the right to a job where he gets to spew inflammatory and reckless falsehoods on the limited publicly-owned airwaves without accountability from his bosses. Sadly, many of these same voices decrying Kimmel’s ouster weren’t nearly as outraged when Charlie Kirk was literally fired upon—shot in the throat—to stop him from exercising his free speech. That was the whole point of the attack. The real threat to free speech isn’t a failed comedian losing a contract. It’s political violence aimed at silencing debate forever. As I’ve said before: the Left attacks you for what they’ve done, what they’re doing, or what they’re fixing to do to you.
