Mao Ning says commemorating June 4 is "distorting historical facts" and interfering in China's internal affairs under the pretext of democracy and human rights. An interesting standard: remembering history linked to the US or Japan is a duty. Remembering Tiananmen is a problem.

China is criticizing Australia for nuclear subs and Japan for debating its constitution and nuclear policies, accusing both of 'nuclear proliferation.' While China itself is set to build 1,000+ warheads by 2030 And that's not proliferation? Biggest hypocrite on the planet

Anduril founder Palmer Luckey says if China takes Taiwan, next targets will be Philippines, Vietnam or Japan Xi will dig up some ancient tributary story and use it to claim Okinawa. We saw Chinese media already pushing a Ryukyu independence story That’s the real domino effect

Chinese vessel Fu Yuan Yu 9199, largest krill trawler in Antarctica right now is pumping up krill 24/7 from one of Earth’s most fragile regions. They even use drones All this to make fish feed for aquaculture & then spin it into a 'China is a sustainability champion' propaganda

Japanese Defense Minister Koizumi "There is a country that has a huge arsenal of nuclear weapons and strategic bombers. Japan has neither of such weapons. And yet, Japan is labelled neomilitarism. Isn’t it strange?" China's definition of peace is everyone else staying weak

Chinese fishing vessel in Antarctic scooping up krill, right next to whales and penguins These ships track where the animals go to feed & take their food. The ship is Shi Dao, the same fishing vessel that was caught dumping oil into Fijian waters at a shipyard a few years ago.

Few years back, Ecuador jailed Chinese fishermen for poaching tons of protected species from Galápagos, a nature reserve since 2001. Their catch included 6,000 sharks. Fast-forward to today & the same people now want to label a Philippine island a ‘nature reserve.’ Hypocrites

Chinese illegal shark fins seized in Peru. Chinese vessels literally hack the fins off live sharks & dump their bodies back into the sea. Peruvian authorities, with US assistance, intercepted 6–9.3 tons of fins. Time to fin off China’s illegal poaching. Way to go Peru!

Whales migrate to Antarctica to feed on krill so they can build up energy to breed When countries like Norway stopped whaling in 80s, we thought whale populations would bounce back & they did Now Chinese vessels are going after the krill without really knowing how much is left

China cannot be trusted. On anything. In 2015, Xi stood in the Rose Garden and promised China would not militarize Spratlys Today those same islands are covered with runways, missiles, radars and military bases used to intimidate neighboring countries across South China Sea

This is a Chinese fishmeal factory in Sanyang, Gambia. For years, Chinese operators exploited the village, so much so the locals burned the factory down. China’s aquaculture isn’t sustainable. Much of its fishmeal comes at the expense of poor coastal communities.
