😮 Landing with no engine power! 👀 Don’t worry, it’s all on purpose. 😮💨 This deadstick demonstration is part of David Martin’s tribute to the legendary Bob Hoover in an Aero Commander during #OSH26. 🤩 Bob’s acts in the Shrike Commander were an incredible show of energy management and control. It was impossible not to be impressed by the Lockheed Constellation brought to EAA AirVenture Oshkosh 2025 by the Lewis Air Legends museum in San Antonio, Texas. It had been on the field at AirVenture 2023; however, at that time it was basically a huge, fantastically detailed, empty flying tube because the interior had yet to be installed. In 2025, it was showing off its new interior, which definitely continued the massive amount of detailing begun by its exterior. It carried on the airplane’s theme of elegance and unreal attention to detail. #aviation #warbird #OSH25 #Oshkosh #AirVenture #Lockheed #Constellation
