Another great turnout on the topic of Alberta independence put on by Rebel News. It is clear that people are frustrated with the status quo and are hungry for information, debate, and change. This movement will continue to grow as the discussion becomes more sophisticated, stronger, and louder. Dr. Modry with Alberta Prosperity Project hit the nail on the head, telling Premier Smith and other provincial politicos: “You can do this with us, but you can’t do it without us.” It was also refreshing to see a mature, respectful debate on independence. Thanks to Keith Wilson, K.C. and David Knight Legg for showing former and current “leaders” in this country that you can have differing opinions and still have a discussion without name calling or shaming. Imagine how much we can accomplish if we act like adults, discuss concerns, and strategize solutions. Just imagine how strong and free we could be!!
