All the mooted "benefits" of Central Bank Digital Currencies are merely excuses to usher in an absolute global control system to the extent that "Big Brother" will be able to determine what you buy where, when, and in what quantities. This will all depend on how you respond to the various global agendas. In the worst case scenerio some will be locked out their CBDC accounts. Plainly, its control v freedom. This is why BoU needs to drop its pursuit of the CBDC. No amount of "benefits" equate to our freedom.
