Yesterday, the people of Zimbabwe rallied in large numbers to bear witness to and show their support for the historic inauguration of President Emmerson Mnangangwa. It is important to note that these individuals are not a rented mob but rather legitimate voters of Zimbabwe. Unlike the multitude of Twitter trolls who spout baseless claims, the people present at this event are a testament to the true sentiments of the nation. If the opposition leader, Chamisa, truly believed the elections were rigged, one would expect his supporters to demonstrate their discontent at the inauguration. However, their absence speaks volumes. It is evident that Chamisa lacks a significant following and any claims of election theft are merely his own desperate fantasies supported by his alleged connections within the CIA and biased media outlets. The happiness displayed by the Zimbabwean people at the sight of their president is irrefutable. We must be cautious not to be swayed by the misleading narratives propagated by the media. It is time for South Africans and the international community to wake up and recognize the truth. President Mnangangwa is truly loved by his people, and we extend our best wishes to him for a successful term. Long live President President of Zimbabwe!
