The Oilers are back in action for Game 5. So are we. We’ll be checking for people who add something extra to their slushie while waiting in line for the watch party. You know who you are and so do we. Enjoy the game responsibly. Skip the fine. A friendly reminder that it’s weather built for a Viking—wet, cold, and ruthless. If you’re not built like Ekholm, bring a jacket. You’ll thank us later. The following road closures will be temporarily in effect at the end of all Edmonton Oilers games. Vehicular traffic will be closed as of the third period of each game on 104 Avenue between 101 Street and 105 Street. Additionally, 105 Avenue eastbound will be closed from 102 Street to 101 Street at the end of each game. Expect significant traffic delays. GO OILERS!

19 people have died on Edmonton roads this year. We’re not sugarcoating it anymore. Slow down. Put down the phone. Don’t drive drunk. We’re dead serious about change. Are you? #deadserious #saferstreets #slowdown #dontdrivedrunk
