And the fact that he still makes time to crash Jimmy Kimmel's show as part of their never-ending "feud" to promote The Odyssey just makes him even more lovable. God, I love this guy so much. It's even funnier when you remember how it all started. Kimmel's "Apologies to Matt Damon, we ran out of time" was originally just a throwaway joke at the end of an episode. Damon saw it, loved it, encouraged Kimmel and the producers to keep it going, and it ended up becoming what might be the longest-running comedy bit in Hollywood. I never, EVER want this running gag to end until Kimmel retires 😂

Still thinking about how beautiful this performance from Hayden was. Especially after what her mom recently said about her, it hits so differently now. She should've won a billion awards for this scene, but that's okay. What matters is that this song exists, this performance exists, and it belongs to her forever. What's so powerful is how much weight this performance carries because it truly felt like she believed every single word she was singing. The song feels deeply personal, and knowing everything we know now, it just breaks my heart even more. She was taken far too soon. Rest In Peace, dear Hayden 💔🕊️

You probably don't understand just how insanely talented to the maximum level Hayden Panettiere was until you've watched Nashville. This woman delivered banger after banger throughout the show's entire run, and so many of those songs have been stuck in my head since I first listened to it. "Trouble Is" went platinum in my house because they had absolutely no business going that hard! Do yourself a favour and go watch Nashville in honor of Hayden, please. Love her. Love Juliette. Love Nashville forever. It's hard to put into words how much this performance and this character mean to me. I still can't believe a talent this extraordinary is gone 😭💔🥀

Correct me if I'm wrong, but I think Shake It Up was the first-ever Disney Channel show at the time to feature two female leads as best friends. And if this is true, man, Disney really hit the jackpot with Zendaya and Bella at the time. They were such a phenomenal duo, and their chemistry was fucking great!

Imagine looking at this and thinking these two were supposed to be rivals off-screen. They just couldn't be, they were practically inseparable during their Disney Channel days. It's honestly crazy that they had to deal with that kind of public scrutiny and a manufactured rivalry when they were only 12 or 13 years old. God, I hate how the media pushed that narrative. Also, this song is an absolute banger, and I'll always stand by the fact that Shake It Up was one of the best things to come out of Disney Channel. I absolutely adored Bella and Zendaya as a duo back then.

What did y'all expect from a guy who publicly blamed his actress for his own shitty writing instead of taking responsibility like an actual professional writer would? Yes, this is real. Yes, this is what he actually had to say when talking about the criticism of his short film, Rogue Elements. He claimed he had to rewrite scenes on set because the actress couldn't nail the delivery. What part of screen testing, rehearsals, script revisions, casting, and pre-production did you skip? I have no respect for Critical Drinker as a writer, YouTuber, or as a person, but holy shit, this might be the most jackass thing he's ever said because this is literally about his own work, and it's even worse than I feared. Making a bad film is one thing. Publicly throwing your actress under the bus instead of owning your own script is another. This is just self arrogance behaviour and a complete refusal to take responsibility. To me, this was the final nail in the coffin. I'm honestly surprised anyone still takes him seriously after this.

I can't even watch this scene properly anymore without thinking about Hayden. It hits completely differently now. In the show, they're paying tribute to Rayna while Juliette watches, but in real life Connie is thankfully still with us, while Hayden is the one we've lost. Knowing that now makes this scene hurt in a way it never did before 😭💔

Kenneth Branagh's #Cinderella (2015) remains my favorite Disney live-action remake, and this particular scene is exactly why the remake justifies its existence and deserves to sit among the very best of the Cinderella library. The Prince actually joins the search for Ella in disguise instead of simply waiting in the castle. Along the way, he confirms his suspicions about the Grand Duke's dishonesty when he catches him trying to abandon the search after hearing Ella singing. Even better, he personally witnesses the Stepmother's cruelty when she's exposed right in front of him and the guards accompanying him in disguise. This change adds so much more depth and personality to the Prince, making him feel like an active participant in the story rather than someone who just waits for fate to reunite him with Ella. It also makes their romance feel much more mutual, since he's willing to go out and search for her himself. Now that's how you expand a relationship in a live-action remake without betraying what made the original so timeless! Oh my god, I can't stress enough how perfectly everyone in this movie was cast. From the performances to the writing, cinematography, costumes, production design, the beautiful score, and Branagh's elegant direction, nearly every aspect of the filmmaking feels close to perfection. Like I've said before, it feels like a whimsical, Jane Austen-esque fairy tale brought to life. I still remember seeing this movie in theaters, and when the Prince finally revealed himself during the slipper search, everyone in the audience gasped. It was such a satisfying payoff because, for the first time, he wasn't just waiting for Ella to come back to him, he had been there all along, determined to find her himself. It's one of these moments that perfectly captures why this remake works so well. I've watched this movie so many times, which, of course, is a rarity for me when it comes to Disney's live-action remakes. Every time a mediocre one comes out, I always find myself returning to Cinderella. It reminds me what a genuine, sincere live-action remake looks like when it's made with real care and respect for the original while still finding meaningful ways to expand on it. If this movie is in your favorites or your Letterboxd Top 4, you have my respect. Hats off to everyone who worked on this movie 🥰

Saw Jonathan Jackson's tribute to Hayden on Instagram, I honestly don't know what else to say. Avery and Juliette were THE powerhouse couple throughout Nashville, way more than Rayna and Deacon or Scarlett and Gunnar, in my humble opinion. Jonathan and Hayden's chemistry was so electric, and that chemistry is a huge part of what made Avery and Juliette's relationship so compelling. They had their ups and downs, but there was just something about these two together that always held my interest. Long live Avery and Juliette forever. Rest in peace, Hayden💔🕊️

Toy Story 5 was great, but in my opinion, this scene alone is enough for me to rank Toy Story 3 as the best Toy Story movie of all time. No climax in the franchise, as great as they are, has given me chills quite like this one. It remains my favorite scene in the Toy Story franchise, one of my favorite Pixar moments in the studio's history, and one of my favorite scenes in any movie I've ever seen. What's even more remarkable is that Toy Story 3 wasn't just nominated for and won Best Animated Feature, it also became one of only three animated films in history to receive a Best Picture nomination at the Oscars, as well as a nomination for Best Adapted Screenplay. It's just an exceptional movie ❤️

This isn’t a film, but Christopher Miller created this series called The Afterparty on Apple TV+, with Lord & Miller producing, and I have to say, it’s so freaking good. It’s honestly a real shame Apple cancelled it after two seasons because it’s easily one of their best shows. Ben Schwartz even has a musical number that I can only describe as “Love Yourself” by Eminem meets Hamilton 😅 Even though it was cancelled, it’s absolutely still worth watching.

I may be too old for these types of movies now, but 13 years ago, Despicable Me 2 gave us this scene, which is basically the Minions' version of an Irish dancing song, and it's been stuck in my head ever since. I can't even lie, it's still quite a banger. It grew on me pretty quickly and I love them for this scene alone 😭

Demi Lovato literally collaborated with the Jonas Brothers to write "La La Land," a song about staying true to yourself despite the pressures of Hollywood. She was calling out Hollywood's fake expectations at the very start of her career and doing it under the Disney umbrella. The music video even featured the entire Sonny With a Chance cast to help promote the show. Trying to erase Demi from Disney Channel's golden era is just rewriting history, y'all. It's also one of my favorite Demi songs ever. The message was way ahead of its time, and keep in mind she was only 15 years old when she made it. Her impact during her Disney years should never be underestimated. When Demi had her moment, she absolutely owned Disney. You can never erase the mark she left on that era. She is by far one of, if not, the strongest singer to came out from Disney Channel and I stand by that statement 🤷

I have a lot of reservations about how Nashville handled its writing, especially Juliette's storyline, but one thing I'm grateful for is that they stuck the landing with this beautiful performance. And Hayden, despite being largely absent from a few episodes in the later seasons due to rehab, was able to stay until the very end and celebrate everything she, her castmates, and the crew built together over six years. This show will always have a special place in my heart, and I'm grateful I got to experience it. I only started watching it last year, when she was still alive, and I'm so thankful I got the chance to discover her work while she was here. Sorry we failed you, Hayden. 💔🥀

Nashville will always be one of my favorite shows, and this performance from the Season 1 finale remains one of the most emotional moments I've ever seen on television. I loved Hayden Panettiere in this role. I love this song. And I'll always cherish the way she poured her heart into every scene and every note. Rest in peace, angel. Wherever you are right now, I hope you've found peace. Thank you for the memories 💔🥀
