She even went to a specialized ER at Women & Infant's Hospital, which offers specialty care for postpartum issues. She had contact with a crisis/suicide hotline, which she used on two occasions in the weeks before. She had access to everything psychiatric medicine had to offer, both inpatient and outpatient. She also had a nanny to help with the kids. She had a supportive family that cared enough to go along with her to appointments. Did the jurors ever ask what more help she could have received? They likely did and reached the same conclusion any reasonable person would. The fact that they were still willing to let her off makes their decisions all the more horrifying.

After hormones start: Endocrine disorder (E34). The “endocrine disorder” billed to insurance is the pathological diagnosis they induced with cross-sex hormones. They then bill for the same hormones as "treatment" for the condition those hormones caused (i.e. endocrine disorder). Thus, they exacerbate the very disease state they claim to be treating and which they are responsible for in the first place. It's a closed circle of iatrogenesis - so devious, you almost have to respect the sheer audacity.

This video was sent to me by a family friend. This video was not taken from Riyadh, Amman, or Aleppo. This is Washington Square Park, NYC at 8:45 this morning. The third world battle cry being blasted from loudspeakers is the same one yelled by every Jihadi over the last few months before murdering innocent Americans. It's the same battle cry that preceded the cultural destruction of former pillars of the Western world, like London, Luton, Berlin, and Frankfurt. It's what is consuming places like Dearborn and Minneapolis. It's already spread from Blue to Red, where it can be found in your hometown and even my own. I believe the MAGA coalition is the only movement capable of preserving America's Christian heritage and upholding the legacy of Western civilization. Unless we pulls ourselves together, however, our nation will be turned to ashes.

Last night at the RNC, when President Trump brought up John Thune, the crowd erupted - "Boo!!" If people had tomatoes, I feel like they would have started throwing them in his general direction. Whenever Trump brought up Attorney General Ken Paxton, the crowd went wild. Even for earlier speakers, when Paxton was mentioned about anything, people would stand up and go nuts. This is a good thing because it signals a radical shift in Republican politics. The old guard of treasonous Quislings can't even have their names mentioned at their own party's conventions without the crowd breaking out in spontaneous jeering. This new faction of Republicans on the other hand, are the ones who have earned support based on their actions and the material victories in their record. Although the Republican Party is the farthest thing from perfect, this trend is a very good thing to see.

As if this week couldn't get crazier, the corrupt US Attorney, who helped orchestrate a crazy blackmail scheme in the days before my case was dismissed, was arrested on Monday and put in jail for a hit and run. The post below (two days before dismissal) is my wife calling out Lowery once we discovered this treacherous scheme (I was restricted by a de facto gag order at the time but violated it shortly after). After throwing down the gauntlet, things spiraled out of control, but my case was eventually dismissed with prejudice two days later. Details are long so will provide link in comments for anyone interested. What makes this crazy is that all this happened the same time (end of last week) that my case was fully vindicated by the $10 million TCH settlement announced by the Texas AG's Office - just so happened to be three years to the day after originally blowing the whistle.

The FBI agent in the red shirt is Paul Nixon. This is the famous video of him showing up to the home of Vanessa Sivadge, the other TCH whistleblower in July 2023. This is the FBI agent who is also behind the case against me - the one who relied on false testimony to bring the indictment in May 2024. He personally came to my first arraignment, sat directly behind me and my pregnant wife, and watched me plead not guilty. It's very atypical (and creepy) for an FBI agent to come to arraignments and make a point to sit right behind the person they are setting up for a corrupt prosecution. It shows that Paul Nixon took time out of his day to come to something he had no reason to be at. I'm assuming he got some kind of sick pleasure from seeing me enter the criminal justice system alongside murderers and pedophiles. It's also important to note that this was happening at the same time that FBI Houston was ignoring terror threats from people like Shamsud Jabbar who killed all those people in New Orleans on New Year's Eve. So while FBI agents were ignoring actual threats from terrorists, FBI agents like Paul Nixon prioritized going to arraignments of the people they were corruptly prosecuting. It's sickening to think these people call themselves Americans.

Walsh cites a ~35% rise in male breast reduction surgeries for 'gynecomastia' and reasonably infers these are actual men with hormonal issues. I believe this is more likely a consequence of widespread healthcare fraud in gender clinics. The scheme is that women are recorded as 'male' in the medical record and diagnosed with gynecomastia to enable insurance coverage for 'male' reduction mammoplasty. Consider a study by gender activists (screenshots for sources all in video clip) - the rise in "top surgery" (i.e. CPT codes for reduction mammoplasty) in gender patients tracks almost exactly with the statistic mentioned in video. Also, gender activists have long promoted this billing tactic. The Campaign for Southern Equality’s toolkit, for instance, explicitly recommends “breast hypertrophy” (gynecomastia) as a diagnosis to obtain insurance coverage for "top surgery." A few days after I discussed this toolkit in a Congressional hearing, they took the page offline. The rise Walsh cites also tracks with the AMA’s push for surgeons and insurers to improperly code these procedures as “reduction mammoplasty” rather than mastectomy - the former is far easier to get covered, while the latter typically requires a biopsy-proven cancer diagnosis, especially if it is a 'male' with gynecomastia as this represents an actual pathology. We know this occurs because it is precisely what forced Texas Children’s Hospital to pay a $10 million healthcare-fraud settlement. The details that are now public and easily verifiable. Of course, it is possible that the original claim could be true as well - the drastic rise in man-tits is something we see every day. This exchange is so painfully cringe and awkward, it's clear that the moment Charlie Kirk got assassinated, something in Tucker Carlson's mind snapped. It makes logical sense since there is no better test of the steel in one's spine than when the stakes are life and death - do you confront the dragon standing in front of you or do you create one within your mind, choosing a fight you know you can win because you know the enemy is not real? When the cost of confronting the radical Left is the very real possibility of getting blasted by some lunatic radical, many like Tucker Carlson chose to invent a dragon and shatter their spines into a million pieces. Not sure if there is redemption for an act of betrayal and cowardice so profound - not in this world, at least. Very sad to watch.

Imagine you're transported into an AMA conference. What do you imagine people are talking about? Medical stuff, right? Like cancer treatment. Diabetes maybe. Nope. You'd hear about "Supporting LGBTQ Inclusion in long-term care facilities." The topic is so hot, the line for the pro-side stretches to the end of the room. The dissent microphone goes untouched. It doesn't matter that that the population they are trying to be inclusive of doesn't exist or that this has nothing to do with medicine. The AMA has evolved beyond those old notions of healthy and sick. It's all about equity and inclusion. Didn't you know.

Instead of using the "gender identity disorder of childhood" diagnosis code [F64.2 (ICD-10)] to pay for blockers/hormones, Dr. Daniel Schumer, billed Jonni's insurance with the diagnosis code for "tall stature" [R29.898 (ICD-10)] Jonni explains that the reason behind this fraudulent code was that it would be more difficult for Jonni to find a husband with his naturally tall physiology. Thus his natural growth would have to be stunted in order to better align with his "female gender identity." For those who have a difficult time comprehending this, let me simplify it - Jonni's healthy physiology was being used as evidence for a nonexistent disease so that insurance would pay for hormones they wouldn't otherwise cover. The reason is that "gender identity disorder" is a mental health condition in ICD-10 and therefore it is more difficult to get insurance to pay for hormones. But with "tall stature," the issue of payment disappears since insurance companies think the kid has a serious pathology (i.e. Kleinfelter syndrome). But Jonni never had any pathological condition! He was perfectly healthy!

It is stunning to see the AMA breaking the medical consensus around pediatric gender butchery. Especially because Brad Paquette asked President of the AMA about their role in that consensus - in fact, a few days after the release of the HHS Report on pediatric gender dysphoria. The AMA President revealed he was completely ignorant, didn't even read the report, and had no interest in doing so. This is one of the most influential people who leads the most powerful medical organization in the country, yet didn't bother to read a report that challenged their radical ideology. There is some point where this goes beyond professional negligence into criminal culpability, especially because of the AMA's impact on strengthening the false legitimacy of guidelines they knew were bogus for the purpose of insurance coverage.
