*Bike Rider Battling For Life After Clash With FRSC Operatives In Iyin-Ekiti.* There was pandemonium in Iyin-Ekiti on thursday after a commercial motorcyclist was involved in a ghastly accident allegedly linked to operatives of the Federal Road Safety Corps, FRSC. Eyewitnesses said the rider, who was coming from Ado-Ekiti, was flagged down by FRSC officials at the Iyin-Ekiti entrance but failed to stop and attempted to evade them. One of the officers was said to have crossed the rider's path in a bid to stop him, resulting in a collision that left the motorcyclist critically injured, while one of the FRSC operatives was also reportedly hit in the process. As of the time of filing this report, the fate of the rider remains unknown as he was said to have fallen unconscious after the crash. The incident sparked outrage at the scene, as passersby and residents blamed FRSC officials for the crash and called for a more professional approach to apprehending motorists who fail to stop when flagged down by uniformed personnel. Man narrates how he ended up on a date with a married woman after meeting her online A Nigerian man has narrated how he ended up spending over ₦50,000 on a date with a woman he met online, only to allegedly find out afterwards that she was married. According to him, the two had been chatting for a while before he invited her to his house. She declined and suggested they meet at a restaurant instead. He agreed and claimed that by the time he arrived, the woman had already started ordering food and drinks. He said he continued with the date despite this and ended up spending over ₦50,000 as she ordered more items. After the date, he said he booked a Bolt ride to his house for them, only for the woman to allegedly tell him that she was married and could not have anything intimate with him. The man claimed he was surprised because she had never mentioned being married despite their lengthy conversations and alleged that he had also sent her money on several occasions.
