Clashes are now taking place inside Raqqa City. This video shows clashes in Hisham Abdul Malik Street in the southern part of the city. North of Raqqa City is al-Aqtan Prison, which holds prisoners convicted on terrorism charges but also political prisoners. Activists in Raqqa fear for the fate of the detainees. One of them is IOM - UN Migration 🇺🇳 employee Abdullah al-Darbouk, who has been arbitrarily detained there for over 5 months.
