Tshisekedi and his regime have yet to take any concrete steps to dismantle the FDLR. Yet the U.S continues to indulge the principal backer of this genocidal force: Tshisekedi. Rwanda should not be expected to accept this one-sided approach, which reflects a clear double standard. It is unreasonable to demand that Rwanda dismantle its defensive mechanisms while the very threat they are meant to counter remains unaddressed.

James a pour devoir de repeindre l’image de la MONUSCO. Pourtant, la réalité est têtue. Depuis des années, cette mission opère aux côtés de la coalition FARDC-FDLR, avec pour résultat tragique le renforcement des génocidaires des FDLR, aujourd’hui lourdement armés au lieu d’être neutralisés. Dans le même temps, la MONUSCO a englouti plus d’un milliard de dollars, sans impact tangible sur le terrain. Les Congolais (Tutsis) ne sont toujours pas protégés. Ils continuent d’être exposés aux persécutions, notamment de la part des FDLR, tandis que Tshisekedi, lui, n’a jamais renoncé à sa logique belliciste.

Under Mobutu, Zaire attacked Rwanda with the aim of restoring power to the genocidaires. Mobutu installed the genocidaires and ex-FAR forces along the border with Rwanda after the 1994 Genocide against the Tutsi was stopped. Tshisekedi has the intention to topple the Rwandan leadership, as he abets the FDLR genocidaires. Tshisekedi has met with Rwanda's adversaries to discuss how to remove President Kagame and the RPF from power. What do you mean when you say the DRC is a peaceful country? Anyone sharing or repurposing Rutendo Matinyarare's old videos that unfairly attack Rwanda and President Kagame should recognize that he has since changed his position and publicly apologized to Rwandans. At the time, his views were influenced by "helicopter journalism" and misinformation drawn from biased books and unverified reports.

MOZAMBIQUE KNOWS THE USEFULNESS OF RWANDA. IT IS A NO-BRAINER FOR MOZAMBIQUE TO SECURE FUNDS FOR ITS OWN SECURITY. Mozambique itself has repeatedly acknowledged Rwanda's contribution. During his visit to Kigali in August 2025, Daniel Chapo openly praised Rwanda for its decisive role in restoring peace and stability in Cabo Delgado. He commended the professionalism and effectiveness of the Rwanda Defence Force in the fight against terrorism. The purpose of this mission has always been to stabilize Mozambique and protect civilians from extremist violence. Rwanda has continued to fulfill that responsibility on the ground. ALUTA CONTINUA.
