This South African man raped 2 women and murdered his girlfriend. A model named Nomfundo Tyhulu. He lured his victims on Facebook. Posed as a talent agent offering modeling jobs. Got them alone in hotel rooms. Then attacked them. 😱 He was convicted in 2012. and sentenced to life in prison. His name is Thabo Bester. South Africa called him the Facebook Rapist. Then in 2017, while already behind bars, a new woman started visiting him in prison. A celebrity doctor named Nandipha Magudumana. 100,000 Instagram followers. Magazine features. Champagne lunches. She fell in love with a convicted rapist and murderer. Together they built a plan. On May 3, 2022 at 4am, Bester walked out of a maximum security prison. Here is how. Someone sourced a dead body. Smuggled it into his cell inside a TV cabinet. They set it on fire. The cameras had a "power interruption" that night. The guards saw nothing. The body burned beyond recognition. South Africa officially declared Thabo Bester dead. Suicide by fire. Case closed. For a full year nobody looked for him. He was legally dead. He moved into a mansion in the wealthy Johannesburg suburb of Hyde Park. Drove luxury cars. Took holidays. Changed his name to TK Nkwana. Ran a fake property company with Nandipha, scamming people out of deposits for construction projects that never existed.
