I’ve been thinking about this moment all weekend; absolute perfection by Alan Jackson 🚨 Bev’s stutter when AJ says he wants to enter it into evidence 🚨 Pleading with her eyes at Hank to object and the disappointment when he doesn’t 🚨 The way she does NOT want that taillight in AJ’s hands, and the way he takes it anyways 🚨 THE KNOCK I think this could make a huge difference for jurors. To be able to have that hard polycarbonate in the room while deliberating, it’s a lot harder to imagine a scenario where John is hit and cut up by that taillight but not bruised.

Just as reminder - As if it weren’t disgusting enough on its own that Hank brought up Dr. Wolfe’s wife in open court, this was on the heels of the April 28 voir dire where Dr. Wolfe explained that his wife and children had been harassed because of comments Hank had made about him in court. He said it was a very difficult time for his family. Hank knew exactly what he was doing and chose to put Dr. Wolfe’s family in danger again, all with the intention of prosecuting a woman that he knows is factually innocent.

I’m catching up on everything I missed on here yesterday & I think it’s important to make a distinction about the Aidan Kearney gossip I’m seeing (to be clear this is not meant to condemn or condone anyone involved). It seems that perhaps because TBs drama with LG & KP became a kitchen table topic, people are compelled to share and discuss all matters related to his personal life. For me, the Lindsey Gaetani storyline was/is valuable because of the involvement of Tully, Mello and the rest of the MSP & NCDAO. If that’s true for you too, let’s regroup and focus on what matters 🫡
