Pahlavi supporters are sharing videos of mosques being burned and the comments are full of praise and encouragement!!! Do I want these extremists to take over Iran, a country with millions of Muslims?!! Is that even a question?!! Would any sane person support this?!!

Many Iranian businesses choose to remain politically neutral and do not wish to incite violence in Iran. This does not indicate any political affiliation. However, Pahlavi supporters are pressuring businesses to align with them and, where they refuse, subjecting them to harassment and defamatory accusations. I have issued a Pre-Action Protocol Letter for regarding this conduct. I understand that they have allegedly received advice suggesting that there is nothing wrong with their behaviour and that they should ignore legal correspondence!! If they fail to respond, this only strengthens my legal position. If you have been targeted and wish to join collective legal action, please DM me.

Why do I oppose regime change in Iran? Today I saw many disturbing videos showing peaceful visitors being harassed by certain individuals. In my legal opinion, they can file a Protection from Harassment claim using the N1 Form, downloadable from the government website. You can fill it out, send it to the County Court. “Check your draft with Citizens Advice or a legal advice centre!!!” Brief Details of Claim: 1.Injunction / restraining order – to prevent the harassers from coming near the claimant, embassy, or property. 2.Damages / compensation – for any distress, anxiety, or financial loss caused by the harassment. Respondents: 1.Amir Hossein Torkan 2.Hamedeh Jafariyan 3.Poolad Shadman Particulars of Claim: The Claimant seeks an injunction under the Protection from Harassment Act 1997 to restrain the Respondents from further harassment, and compensation as the Court sees fit. The Respondents have: •Repeatedly harassed visitors near the embassy •Attempted unlawful access to embassy property •Engaged in threatening behaviour and sexual harassment •Maintained a persistent presence near the embassy without lawful purpose Claimant’s Request: •Respondents do not come within 200m of the embassy premises •Prohibited from approaching embassy staff or visitors •Any further orders the Court deems appropriate Supporting Evidence: •Photos/videos of harassment •Social media posts •Witness statements
