APC, YOU NEED TO RETHINK YOUR STRATEGY! 🇳🇬 A major political gathering was held today in Gusau, Zamfara State, to celebrate the appointment of former Zamfara State Governor, Abdul’aziz Yari, as the Director General of President Bola Ahmed Tinubu’s re election campaign. But something unexpected happened at the APC gathering. As captured in the video recorded earlier today in front of the Zamfara State Government House, the speaker called out “Nigeria.” but instead of the expected “Sai Tinubu,” the crowd responded with “Sai Atiku!” Ironically, the gathering was organised to celebrate Abdul’aziz Yari’s appointment to lead the campaign for Tinubu’s re election. So, what exactly is happening? Why does Atiku Abubakar appear to be gaining more attention and acceptance among ordinary Nigerians? If you take away those who directly benefit from the Tinubu administration, you may find far fewer people openly enthusiastic about a second term for Tinubu, while support for Atiku appears to be growing in many communities. This should be a serious warning to the APC. APC needs to go back to the drawing board and reassess its strategy. If the party fails to recognise the changing political mood, it could face a major surprise in 2027. Atiku may yet deliver a political shock that many people are not expecting.
