We have our own story to tell about our town of Castlebar. We have operated a tuition centre for over twenty years with great success. We provide this service to students from Castlebar and the surrounding area. Hundreds of students have passed through our doors and on to their desired careers and courses in third-level. We are currently overbooked and at the point of turning people away. For over three years we have been actively seeking a premises in Castlebar town. This would make it easier for parents and students to access our services. Instead of driving several miles out of town, and waiting there for several hours, parents would be able to drop their children at a central location. Our service would create substantial footfall, bringing people and business to the town centre. There are many vacant commercial premises in Castlebar. Multiple buildings in the town are adorned with “To Let” signs. Some have carried these signs for many years. However, our offers on those properties have been continually rejected. Over the past three years, we have had numerous viewings and placed multiple expressions of interest/offers but all to no avail. In many cases, auctioneers have failed to revert to us following the initial viewing and the formal placing of an offer or expression of interest. Auctioneers have repeatedly informed us that they will be touch, only to never come back to us. Our most recent experience was with a property in Castlebar Retail Park which perfectly met our requirements. The property had been on the market since January 2026. It was advertised as rent negotiable, suitable for a range of commercial uses, and available immediately. We viewed the property several weeks ago. Following subsequent negotiations, we made a formal proposal agreeing to the quoted rent of €31,000 (€25,000 + VAT) per annum for a lease term of five years and accepting the conditions set by the agent. Three days later, on Thursday last week, we were abruptly informed by the auctioneer that the property is no longer for rent. The town of Castlebar has at least 17 nail and beauty parlours, 11 phone or computer shops, at least 4 vape shops (3 on Main Street), 4 tattoo shops, 3 casinos, and at least 2 or 3 massage parlours. A plethora of State-funded organisations occupy key retail premises all over the town. However, we are having great difficulty for years in attempting to open a tuition centre in Castlebar town. We hear a lot about diversity and inclusion but does this include everyone?

This was Principal Niamh McShane’s demand of all teachers in Wilson's Hospital School. This was the basis for Enoch Burke's suspension - his refusal to comply with Principal McShane's demand. Judge Brian Cregan has closed his eyes to the Principal’s instruction and refused to vindicate Enoch Burke’s constitutional rights. Separately Judge Cregan is proposing to ban Martina Burke, Dr Isaac Burke and Ammi Burke from attending court hearings. No particulars have been provided by Judge Cregan for why this sanction is being proposed. Judge Cregan also said he was releasing Enoch Burke as it is now the school holidays and therefore Enoch is not a danger to the children at the school. Enoch Burke received nothing but kindness and goodwill from the children of Wilson’s Hospital School. We believe Judge Cregan is fully aware of this but nonetheless refuses to acknowledge it. We have seen the recent scenes of depravity at the Dublin Pride Parade with men dressed as dogs and barking, satanists parading and other perverted displays. This is the filth which children are being taught in schools across the country, yet a High Court judge believes Enoch Burke is the danger. This is a disgrace.

BREAKING: ENOCH BURKE FINED €225,000 AFTER REFUSING TO BOW TO TRANSGENDERISM Teacher Enoch Burke refused to endorse transgenderism in his school. Today he was fined almost a quarter of a million euros by the Irish Courts. Enoch Burke won his Court of Appeal case last July against the make-up of the Disciplinary Appeal Panel appointed to hear the appeal of his dismissal from Wilson’s Hospital School. The panel had included Kieran Christie, the General Secretary of the ASTI and promoter of transgenderism. There is a major discrepancy between the recent Court of Appeal judgment (which ordered the removal of Kieran Christie) and the behaviour of the High Court today in continuing to uphold the lawfulness of Enoch Burke’s suspension. The Court of Appeal ruled that the principal’s “overarching complaint” against Enoch Burke was his refusal to comply with her instruction to address a child by a new name and the “they” pronoun. The Court of Appeal further ruled that “indisputably” the disciplinary authorities must assess the legitimacy of that instruction. The High Court has never assessed whether the principal’s instruction was legitimate. It has repeatedly refused to acknowledge the true basis for the disciplinary action against Enoch Burke and has never determined Enoch Burke’s claim that there has been a breach of his constitutional rights. Notwithstanding, it has purported to uphold the lawfulness of Enoch Burke’s suspension. In all of these matters the High Court is wholly at odds with the recent judgment of the Court of Appeal. Today Judge David Nolan refused to have regard to the findings of the Court of Appeal and threatened to find members of the Burke family in contempt of court for raising the issue. Judge David Nolan refused to allow Enoch Burke’s affidavit or submissions to be opened or addressed in court. This behaviour is extremely concerning. Judge David Nolan stated today he does not want to put Enoch Burke back in prison. In the same breath he has accused Enoch Burke of having “a perverted sense of justice”. The truth is that Judge David Nolan knows that the public is appalled and outraged at the perverted actions of the Irish Courts over the past three years as Enoch Burke has been repeatedly denied his constitutional rights, the very rights which Judge David Nolan and others have solemnly vowed to uphold. All of this would never have happened but for the silence of the Church. The Church has betrayed Christ and been silent. For the last three years Enoch Burke has been made a pariah and a scapegoat for refusing to affirm transgenderism. The ethos of Wilson’s Hospital School, a Church of Ireland school, is Christian. Its teaching is “God made them male and female”. ‘Bishop’ Patricia ‘Judas’ Storey, the Patron of Wilson’s Hospital School, has betrayed this ethos, as has Archbishop John ‘Judas’ McDowell. Enoch Burke stood up for the ethos of Wilson’s Hospital School in 2022 when Principal Niamh McShane instructed all students and staff to use the ‘they’ pronoun for a male student. He objected to this demand. Storey and McDowell were silent and agreed with corrupt judges who upheld Enoch Burke’s unlawful suspension. When you see these people in their pulpits, making their fair speeches, think of Enoch Burke - locked up for over 500 days, stripped of his salary and denied his constitutional rights. Do not be deceived. These so-called Church leaders are Judases who have betrayed Christ. Their silence has been the prime cause of this whole situation.

This is a very serious day when the Fine Gael Minister for Education can deceive a young teacher by making him sit in front of a chair who is neither independent nor impartial and then refuse to answer questions when asked.

BREAKING: Esther Burke’s car damaged in Castlebar by driver without tax or insurance Esther Burke was driving in Hanley’s car park in Castlebar town centre today when another car drove at speed in her direction, failed to stop at a continuous white line, and collided with her car. There was a five-metre skid mark left by the other car. The damage will cost thousands to repair. The driver, who said he was Ukrainian, had Lithuanian registration plates. He had no tax and no insurance. There were three other men in the car who laughed as they exited the vehicle. They were rude and disrespectful when Esther spoke to them. They showed no remorse or regret for their actions. One guard eventually arrived at the scene. He told Esther that her insurance would pay for the damage to her car. The Guard said nothing about criminal charges for dangerous driving or driving without tax or insurance until Esther raised this. The Guard then said this could be done “if you want to make a complaint.” When the Irish went around the world in search of a better life, jobs and employment it is doubtful that we drove around dangerously without tax and insurance and gave the finger to those who might be the victims of such behaviour. It is also concerning that only one Garda arrived here today and was subsequently slow to talk of prosecution; yet when the Burke family appear in Court to support their son/brother Enoch, who has spent almost 2 years in prison after he refused to use the “they” pronoun and endorse and affirm transgender ideology, they are surrounded by a battalion of Guards.

THE DUP ARE SACRIFICING CHILDREN ON THE LGBTQ+ ALTAR - Burke Family Statement from the DUP Conference We attended the DUP conference at the La Mon Hotel on Friday and Saturday last week. On Friday evening we spoke with Minister of Education Paul Givan as he arrived at the DUP Conference dinner and accompanying entertainment. We questioned him on why he, as Minister of Education, is promoting LGBTQ+ ideology to schools across Northern Ireland. Upon arriving at the hotel the following day we approached DUP MLA Jonny Buckley but he quickly disappeared into the building. On both days, shortly after we arrived at the conference, the police were called. It is a low state of affairs when the DUP must resort to the PSNI to protect them from accountability. The current recommended RSE curriculum for Northern Ireland schools contains detailed and extensive material promoting subjects such as transgender ideology, “consent”, and pornography. Paul Givan is recommending that schools at both primary and secondary level establish links with Cara-Friend, an organisation which believes children as young as three can be transgender. These teachings and beliefs represent the demolition of Christian belief. Children who imbibe such ideology in schools will be lost to Christianity, the precise reason why such ideologies are promoted in the first place. On 24 June Nigel Dodds of the DUP attended the Westminster National Prayer Breakfast. Only days previously parliament had passed legislation for the murder of the unborn up to birth as well as the killing of the elderly. At the event Mr Dodds offered a prayer on stage, standing beside and joining in fellowship with MPs who had voted in favour of these evil laws as well as promoting LGBTQI+ ideology. Mr Dodds was joined in prayer by a prominent Catholic priest - Christopher Colven - who is the Catholic Chaplain to the Houses of Parliament. Absolutely nothing was said about the wickedness which had just been sanctioned by many politicians at the event. Such prayers, in this context, are an abomination. Paul Givan recently stated that he had full confidence in every member of the Education Authority. These members include many unionists who have been silent on the promotion of LGBTQ+ ideology. They also include Paul Kavanagh of Sinn Féin who received five life sentences for an IRA nail bombing in the 1980s which killed an 18-year old young man and a 59-year old widow as well as injuring forty others. Mr Kavanagh has thus far also been silent on the Education Authority’s promotion of transgender ideology. The DUP, once the party of faith and morals, are now deniers of Christ. The DUP’s promotion of LGBTQ+ ideology is of course closely linked to the leadership of the Free Presbyterian Church. Mervyn Storey, the Chair of the Education Authority, who was exposed as promoting transgender ideology to schools across Northern Ireland, is an elder in Ballymoney Free Presbyterian Church. He was and is fully supported by his Minister, David Park. In recent days many Free Presbyterian ministers have been loudly eulogising Charlie Kirk after he was assassinated in the United States. They have called for prayer for Mr Kirk’s widow Erika, a wealthy woman who no doubt will have ample support and succour from Cardinals and Bishops of her Roman Catholic Church. These ministers have beaten their breasts and praised Mr Kirk to the heavens for his stand on transgenderism. However, when Enoch Burke was imprisoned for over 500 days and stripped of his livelihood after refusing to bow to transgender ideology in his school, the same ministers were mute. When the call to take a stand came to their own doorstep, they had nothing to say. Indeed, when the gross hypocrisy of Mervyn Storey was exposed, many such ministers were firmly on the other side. Many in Northern Ireland today are asking, what should we do? Some are turning to other parties such as the TUV. The simple fact is, that the TUV were not present on Friday and Saturday at the La Mon hotel to challenge the DUP. Indeed, when the Mervyn Storey revelations were made, we received a growl from many representatives of the TUV. What the Christian people of Northern Ireland must do is challenge their leaders. Challenge Paul Givan on his promotion of LGBTQ+ ideology. Challenge the hypocritical ministers who make grand statements about events far away but are on the other side when a stand is taken on their own doorstep. Do not allow your children, in the words of Scripture, to be “sacrificed to devils” (Psalm 105:37) on the altar of LGBTQ+ ideology. We will continue to challenge. We have absolute confidence that the truth will prevail.

His father Sean Burke is in prison this Christmas Eve. Sean Burke, father of Enoch Burke, is in a prison cell this Christmas Eve after a charge was brought against him by An Garda Síochána (Irish Police). Sean Burke was accused of pushing a female Garda against a radiator during an appearance by his son Enoch Burke in the Court of Appeal on March 7th, 2023. He strenuously denies the charge. The alleged incident, of a matter of seconds, allegedly took place in a congested area as Sean Burke was trying to exit the courtroom with his wife in front of him. There were at least seven Gardaí around the door. The alleged incident took place in the one location where there was no CCTV. There were no witnesses other than Sean Burke and surrounding Gardaí. The Garda who made the allegation, Victoria Fisher, was seen on CCTV seconds after the alleged incident walking in and out of the courthouse, chatting with colleagues and eventually walking away from the Four Courts. WHERE WILL IT END? As the Enoch Burke case has developed over the past months, many people have asked us the question, where will it end? This case should never have begun. It began when Enoch Burke was commanded by Niamh McShane, Principal of Wilson’s Hospital School, to use the they/them pronouns for a student. It was a command to endorse the ‘transition’ of this child from male to female, which of course is not possible. But this entire case would never have begun if Enoch Burke hadn’t been betrayed by the Church. THE BETRAYAL OF ENOCH BURKE BY THE CHURCH Bishop Pat Storey and Archbishop John McDowell of the Church of Ireland have never uttered a word about the case of Enoch Burke. The words of Scripture in the Prophet Isaiah calls such people ‘unfaithful shepherds’, “…dumb dogs, they cannot bark” (Isaiah 56:10). Take the collars and cloaks from these people and there is a hatred of Christian truth underneath - silent for two and and half years while a teacher who upheld their own ethos languishes in the darkness of a prison cell. It is starkly hypocritical that Catholic Archbishop Eamon Martin will sit with Archbishop John McDowell on Christmas Day and deliver a Christmas message to the nation. Does Eamon Martin know that John McDowell has betrayed Enoch Burke by his silence? We spoke recently to Eamon Martin, Catholic Archbishop and Primate of All Ireland and asked him to speak out when the Irish Government was changing the definition of gender from God’s definition, male and female, to include a multiplicity of genders. Archbishop Martin remained silent, and only publicly addressed the issue on X five minutes AFTER the vote was called in Dáil Éireann (Irish Parliament). Eamon Martin, Catholic Archbishop, and John McDowell, Protestant Archbishop - these men are sitting together, agreeing together, travelling together, going to football matches together. They are chums. These men are betraying the parents of this country by their silence on the destruction of their children through the perversion of the new sex education curriculum in Irish schools - a curriculum that promotes pornography and every form of perversion, filth and depravity to children in every school in Ireland. When you hear the ‘Christmas message’ from these men this Christmas, stand back and ask why they have nothing to say on transgender ideology. Are they what they say they are, the successors of the Apostle Paul, who lived and died for the truth? Don’t be fooled by the references to ‘lay people’ - if Archbishop Eamon Martin cannot speak out against transgenderism himself, then he doesn’t believe in Christian truth. He is working with the Government and the Courts against the Truth. Nowhere was this more evident than when Minister for Education Norma Foley was questioned earlier this year on why transgenderism, and every other form of depravity, was being forced upon young children in Irish schools, primary and secondary. When pressed, she acknowledged that the new curriculum had been introduced after extensive consultations with the Church - Catholic and Protestant. The Church worked together with the Government. TAKE BACK YOUR CHILDREN We appeal to parents to embrace their duty to ‘train up their children in the way they should go’, regardless of what any Archbishop says or does. Write to these Archbishops. Challenge them on their hypocrisy. Don’t allow your children to be betrayed into lives of darkness, regret and ruin. Take back your children this Christmas.
