Totally Not Mark confirms that DBS Beerus will be 6 episodes, down from 14 episodes from the original anime, making it a total run time of 2 hours (not including the OP, ED or recap) Considering how RoF is also a retelling of the film, it’s probably the same number of episodes

A Dragon Ball remake that covers all 519 chapters with a competent production team, having this level of animation would be the single greatest anime to ever be produced The fact that the original anime is so well-regarded despite the pacing issues proves that this would be huge

It's always cool seeing Dragon Ball-esque sequences from other shows, considering how the series is known for large-scale fights and choreographed clashes Quite easily the biggest impact the franchise has left on the animation industry as a whole is its action portrayal

A pre-god ritual SSJ Goku who was merely shadowboxing his imaginary Kid Buu managed to shake an entire galaxy, with his power being so potent that he woke up Beerus from his 39-year nap that was on the other side of the universe Just a visual feat but this is insanely impressive

2015 - DBS is a total flop with ep 5, and OPM was straight cooking some of the greatest action episodes OAT 2026 - DBS is fixing its past with some phenomenal cuts, and OPM fans are clinging to their horrid adaptation + their manga is directionless How times have changed 😹😹😹

First it was Gear 5 Luffy vs Kaido that was supposed to "break the internet"; it didn't Then it was Arthur vs Dragon that was supposed to "break the internet"; it didn't Now it is Yhwach vs Aizen that was supposed to "break the internet"; it didn't We know who is king now 🐉👑

People overexaggerated regarding how this fight looked, considering that the choreography and camera movement were actually pretty great It's just a shame that the Goku & Vegeta models for this film were pretty bad, because it undermines how good of an action scene this truly is
