What's even better is that its 2nd and 5, the defense thinks Duo is coming, they stack the box, but Brady gets the ball on the perimeter. This is usually a GL/Short yardage call. Here's the Rams Pass Game Coordinator Nate Scheelhaase teaching his Intermediate passing game when he was at Iowa State. Seam/Hitch = Frontside concept Crosser = next in progression 12-14 yds Curl + Checkdown = Final two in progression
