ICE San Antonio arrested criminal alien Luis Alba-Navarro, 37, of Cuba, illegally present in the U.S., with convictions for manufacturing and distributing drugs and selling marijuana. He was ordered removed by an immigration judge on March 1, 2018 but failed to self deport.

On May 6, ICE San Antonio arrested Jose Alfredo Palacios-Hernandez, of Mexico. Palacios is a criminal alien illegally present in the U.S. with a conviction for indecent assault. Palacios will remain in ICE custody pending his immigration proceedings.

ICE arrested Darwin Ronaldo Rodriguez Lopez, 26, of Honduras, illegally present in the U.S. Rodriguez has a driving while intoxicated conviction from Feb. 25, 2024 and was again arrested Aug. 26, 2024 for driving while intoxicated. He will remain in ICE custody pending removal.

On May 14, ICE San Antonio arrested Jaime Leiva-Mejia, 30, a citizen of Honduras illegally present in the U.S. An immigration judge ordered Leiva removed July 2, 2018 but he failed to self deport. He will now be in ICE custody pending removal to Honduras.
