I'm an activist for #VFX and #VFXworkers. I talk about Star Trek and VFX here. And other nerdy things.

Turntable! This is pretty much how we reviewed assets. And it being in space, we had a space background with some key and fill lights. #StarTrek #StarTrekPicard #VFX

Our Houdini artists did fantastic work here. I gave them reference footage of the Jem Hadar battle cruiser getting exploded in #DS9's Sacrifice of Angels. I wanted to replicate the cascading explosion along the hull as we flew by. They nailed it. #StarTrek #StarTrekPicard #VFX
