🚨 IMPORTANT UPDATE 🚨 Hello EstateX family, As you know, over the years we have come from just an idea and have evolved very much over the years. From just investing to a complete ecosystem, major tier 1 partners, an L1 chain, signed institutions and much more. For the health and longevity of the we need to make vesting changes, to make sure the sell pressure will not kill the performance of this project, and we can ensure a positive outcome for this bullrun for everyone involved, mostly our (long-term) investors. This means that everyone across the board will have adjusted vesting, even all launchpads have agreed. The sell pressure is expected to be quite significant, and could completely drain the performance and make us done for this bullrun. That will be significantly harder to recover from and is not a scenario we want for any involved investor. We have spoken with a lot of big holders, traders and KOLs. The absolute biggest names in the space who would’ve been onboard if it wasn’t for the steep unlocks. That’s primarily the reason why whales have left the chart the last couple of weeks and you’ve seen a price drop, because of the fear of the unlocks. We want to correct that and make sure that it’s not a race to the bottom after this month where traders and KOLs stay away and therefore everyone’s investment would be done for this bullrun. Because that is what otherwise is going to happen. For the utilities to come into play and fully take over the sell pressure, we have a slight gap to bridge between now and end of the year. We have many big marketing and business catalysts coming in, with a lot of significant revenue makers. However, this is projected to come in by end of the year / early next year. Things like: -Government partnerships and tokenization projects with Ministries -Whitelabel sales of hundreds of thousands towards major billion dollar institutions -L1 Blockchain release with 10+ projects and 3+ billion dollar institutions signed to it -Platform that’s gonna go live with tens of millions to be tokenized -Secondary marketplace and lending rolled out on the platform, getting liquidity into illiquid asset classes -New exchange listings -Major tier 1 KOLs that want to come onboard with the new vesting, not without -Presentation infront of upbit and bithumb at Korea Blockchain Week Main stage -EstateX University with A list celebrities going live, promoted by worldwide famous names -Working together with multiple partner funds that want to invest into our real estate -Asset classes live like sports teams, music rights -All business pillars rollout of lending, trading marketplaces, payment cards to make it an all in one financing management app -All our distribution channels for real estate like summits, family offices, real estate agents commission program (with Steve Craggs having tens of thousands of them) -And much much more To summarize, A LOT of things are upcoming in the next months, however there is a small bridge we have to gap from now until end of the year without the sell pressure ruining a lot of these chances. To make sure the full potential of the bull market will be achieved, otherwise investors will have way less value of their money during the original route then with the adjusted route. Seeing the price dump of last weeks, we’ve spoken with a lot of big holders & traders, and unfortunately they’re stepping out because of the unlocks.
