This happened in Washington DC. If you don’t see a problem with this, you are part of the problem. Both MPD and Undercover Agents in Unmarked Cars jumped out on Jamari Khalif in broad daylight 10 deep for no reason. This shouldn’t be the norm in America……but it is smh
