It is no surprise that he is one of the hardest workers off the course as well as on it. His training over the last 2 decades has enabled him to stay healthy, strong and be one of the longest hitters on Tour. The foundation of his training consists of a variety of heavy lifts, pulls and pushes, jumps and explosive med ball throws and slams.
